A flawless restoration begins with proper surface protection. We take extra care to shield all adjacent areas using high-quality 3M masking films, blue painter’s tape, heavy-duty tarps, and plastic runners. This ensures the serviced material remains pristine while safeguarding surrounding surfaces.​

We tailor our cleaning solutions to each site, using environmentally safe chemicals whenever possible. Our process includes machine cleaning, meticulous hand scrubbing of grout joints, corners, and edges, followed by a powerful commercial wet vacuum to extract all residue and dirt. To ensure a balanced finish, we complete the process with a neutralizing rinse, leaving surfaces spotless and refreshed.​

For a beautiful finish, we use specialty abrasives designed to eliminate wear patterns, scratches, lippage, and uneven edges. Our process includes: Diamond Disks – Precision resurfacing for deeper imperfections – Smoothing surface texture with Honing Abrasive Powders – Restoring a refined, natural finish​

Once the surface is properly prepped, we polish the stone using micro-abrasive diamond technology and specialized polishing compounds. This process enhances the stone’s natural beauty, creating a smooth, refined finish suited to each unique material. (See our pictures page for examples.)​

Stone and grout are naturally porous and require proper sealing to maintain durability and appearance. We use premium quality penetrating sealers for smooth-cut stones like marble, travertine, limestone, and granite. For rough-cut stones such as slate or flagstone, we offer color enhancers, gloss, and matte finishes to enhance their aesthetic. However, for outdoor applications, we recommend penetrating natural-look sealers to ensure long-lasting protection against the elements.​
